To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perth Digital Screens Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be limited to the total fees paid by you for the relevant services within the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
All intellectual property, including but not limited to designs, content, software, branding, and materials created for or supplied to you, remains the property of Perth Digital Screens Pty Ltd or its licensors unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content, designs, or materials provided by us without our prior written consent. Our intellectual property is protected under Australian and international copyright, trademark, and design laws.
Our services include supply, installation, and ongoing support for digital signage, LED video walls, and commercial audio-visual solutions.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Project timelines are estimates and are subject to change based on site conditions, material availability, and weather. Once a project is confirmed and work has commenced, deposits are non-refundable. All payments are due in accordance with the agreed project schedule unless otherwise arranged in writing. Equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturers and are passed through to the client as applicable.
Either party may terminate a service agreement by providing written notice. In the event of termination, you agree to pay for all services rendered and materials supplied up to the date of termination.
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if continued work poses a safety risk, involves illegal activity, or if payment terms have been materially breached. Upon termination, all equipment and materials on-site remain our property until full payment has been received.
